The sides of the existing 5 ft. wide path will be brush-cut and trimmed to create and maintain a 10' wide access path to the pond. Underground utilities will also be installed to a new power pedestal. Portions of the proposed work are located within a bordering vegetated wetland and FEMA Flood Zone AE (EL 10).
