In accordance with Chapter 53 of the Acts of 2022, this meeting will be held through remote conference technology only.
4:00: 92 Main (20D-60) Zeke Brown. Add a single story addition, Replacement of existing chimney with a faux chimney. Addition of several new windows.
4:10: 69 South Water (20D-333) Sasha Robinson-White. A second floor addition, over addition replace the whole side roof at a lower pitch creating a slight separation of the side and main roof. Add a handicapped access ramp to covered porch and also a landing and door into the first floor bedroom.
4:20: 86 North Water (20D-254) Ted Karalekas. Remove rolled asphalt and install rubber roof applied to flat widow’s walk area. Remove old wood shingles from roof and replace with wood shingles.
4:30: 115 South Water (29B-33), Louise Brooks. Selective demo of the 2015 non-historic rear addition, existing rear covered porch and portions of existing exterior walls, historic front façade to remain. New fences and gates at the side yard property line.
4:40: 80 North Water (20D-252) N. Platt Johnson. Change to Approved Plans. Change flat kitchen portico supported by two 4 x 4 posts to a sloped kitchen portico supported by two brackets.
4:50: 6 Cummings Way (29B-39) Donald Corner/Jenny Young. Demolish bath house (112 sf) attached to the garage. Replace with a detached bedroom. A link with an exterior covered porch and outdoor storage, a sitting bench provides a door to the bedroom and is in the link behind the covered porch.
5:00: 14 Thayer (19A-14) Belvedere Renovation. Remove red cedar roof on pool house and replace with asphalt tile.
5:10: 51 School (20D-143) Peter Gearhart-MVM. Modification to previously approved V-shaped painted wood gutters and rectangular painted wood downspouts to the V-shaped painted zinc coated copper gutters and round painted zinc coated copper downspouts.
