Zoom Meeting Agenda

In accordance with Chapter 53 of the Acts of 2022, this meeting will be held through remote conference technology only.

 4:00: 80 South Summer (20D-229.1) Chuck Sullivan. Three windows on the rear (west) elevation to be replaced with four larger windows to match in size to an existing window.

 4:10:  61 North Water (29D-294) Chuck Sullivan. Rebuild the previously existing garage on the street side, renovate the existing south elevation with new windows and doors and a second floor deck over the existing porch.

 4:20: 52 South Summer (20C-145) Liane Thomas, LMT Design. Add 3 new egress window wells, bump out the side entry 63’ on 2011 addition.  Add new French doors at kitchen and in the 2011 addition. Doors to match from original house.

 4:30: 119 North Water (19B-5.1): Conover Restorations. Replace windows and shutters. Exterior trim to match existing patch white clapboard, white paint to match existing, mahogany shutters, Essex Green to match existing.

 4:40: 18 Pent (20D-49) Conover Restorations. Window replacement and new shutters to match existing.

 4:50: 104 South Water (29B-20) John McDonough. Installation of whole house generator and enclosure.

 5:00: 41 South Water (20D-328) Norman Rancow.  Change to approved plans. Add necessary guardrails and handrails to meet residential building code.

 5:10: 1 Dock (20D-321.2) Casey Decker. Repair an existing exterior wall due to numerous vehicle strikes. Remove existing chimney, replace with faux cap to match existing.
