- 99 Main Street(20D-64)Owner- MVP Trust. Agent-Dutni. Replace sidewalls, roof shingles and restore windows.
- 114 North Water Street(20D-271) Owner-Rebecca and Michael Hegarty. Agent- Michael Hegarty. Applicant seeks to change approved plan by demolishing and building new rear portion of the existing home as permitted. The applicant also seeks permission to change the approved plan by lifting the historic front box to excavate and build a new foundation while restoring and rebuilding as permitted.
