On Thursday January 19th, 2023 the Edgartown Historic District Commission will hold a public hearing via zoom on an application for Certificate of Appropriateness made by Breaking Wind 11, LLC. Lifting and moving historic structure. New foundation, demolishing old addition, constructing addition with basement underneath. Replacing stair to the second floor inside, add new kitchen, family room, master bedroom, and attached garage with bedroom above.
